1. The encasing system can be regulated according to the paper box and package material size used by customers. The customer is not required to make the additional paper box when he uses the auto encasing system.
2. High speed encasement and tidy pile. The encasing capacity in design is 130 boxes per minute. In actual use, it exceeds 130 boxes per minute, listed in the leading position at home and abroad market. Adopt the many items of patent technology including pedrail exhaust, pack clamping & shaping, packing up by oscillation and so on to make the pile tidy even when the machine is operated under the conditions with the high speed encasement and paper size on the small side.
3. Three parts, including encasing, box entering and box sealing, are modularized. These three parts are dependent each other. Each part can start, run and shut off independently. It realizes the equipment dispatching and trouble shooting without the production line stopping, improves the production efficiency. The more flexible layout of equipment makes the customer can design according to the actual conditions.
